Now all of their 13 plants has been electronically integrated to make more effieciency either for the production and R & D.
This renovated was done in 1998 and this year they start to operate one U type MHI corrugator (2 floor corrugator with only 2 operators and 3 helpers) to replace the old 2 line MHI and event have much more efficiency, Before one corrugator line work 3 shift and one corrugator line work 1 shift, now with the new one only wth 2 shift they can cover the whole job even better. This new corrugator has only 80 m length, used less energy and can make 500 job change in one shift with 5 kind of paper width and 32 grade combination. To achieve this high combination, they give only one day lead delivery time to the paper supplier. |
